Dr. Marie-Paule Haeffliger will talk about 'Women in Science'. 

Marie Paule Haefliger is a psychologist, a professional coach, and a mediator with a rich experience in academia and organizations. She has been trained in social neurosciences and has worked, in Switzerland and abroad, in research, teaching and management. Since 2015, based on her robust knowledge of academic systems and what it requires to develop careers in research, she has developed her expertise on work and organizational questions, career development, and health at work. Still eager to learn, she keeps up to date by regularly pursuing continuous education and uses part of her time to produce original exercises for her clients including more than two hundred high-level academics, PhD students, post-docs, and senior post-docs on their way to professorship positions. Since 2009, she has been committed to supporting women’s careers, and has developed a set of tools dedicated to strengthening women in the work labyrinth and empower both female researchers and members of intersectional minorities.
