Receiving a grant to attend the SRIP conference in London 2019 was a great experience, since it allowed me to attend this exceptional conference. What I particularly appreciated was the fact that there was also an ECR (Early Career Researcher) day which gave me the opportunity to meet other young researchers as myself. Furthermore, the SRIP conferences had a very relaxed and engaging vibe, encouraging ECRs to meet and talk to top Professors attending the conference. This grant therefore enabled me to expand my network and discuss important topics related to the domain of perinatal mental health with both young and experienced researchers, and I am extremely grateful as I have stayed in contact with a large number of attendees.
